What's different?

The removal of the swimsuit competition was the change that garnered the most attention in the transition to 2.0; however, it was far from the only change made to the organization.

The scoring of the preliminary and state competitions as well as Miss America all changed to reflect the new phases of competition that replaced the lifestyle and fitness portion.

 

The organization also underwent a  full rebrand including new lingo and a new mission statement.
